Yup. 42. As in a version of dominos that more exactly resembles a trick-taking cardgame like Hearts or Spades or something. Playing it, in fact, with my Grandparents, and old Sybil and Wondell from back at their summer camping area. I wonder...I never did actually learn to play it very well, and the dream seemed repetative, more like a memory than a dream.
