It looks like Dave's gonna stay in California for a while to help his mom settle things. Going to be my first Yule/Christmas alone, ever. I don't think I've parsed that just yet.

That means I'm coming back Saturday or Sunday, by myself. Train or Greyhound, one or the other.

That means I please please PLEASE need a ride over to Woodinville Sunday or Monday to pick the dog up from the kennel. She can't stay there past Monday, as they have no room for her.

Pray the weather will be better. I'm still not sure how I'm going to get through the weather. There may not be any more train/Greyhound tickets and this has me completely and utterly freaked out :P And I won't be able to get one till tomorrow, when I get paid. Yikes!

Keep up the good thoughts for me and safe travel, and all the great thoughts for Dave, and the weirdness that is his family.
